Brew Hot Liquor Tea: Warm the teapot by swirling some hot water in it and rinse. Add one teaspoon Chai CTC as per your required number of cups and one for the teapot. Pour boiling water into the teapot and leave the tea to brew for 2-3 minutes or till your desired strength is achieved. Give it a quick stir and pour into teacups through a tea strainer and your perfect cup of Chai is ready. Brew Hot Milk Tea: Boil water as per your required number of cups in a saucepan. Add Chai CTC one teaspoon per cup and bring the tea to two boils. Pour milk as per your desired strength and boil it once again before straining into teacups and your perfect cup of Chai with Milk is ready. Recommendations: Additional sweetener such as honey or sugar may be added to taste.
