Brew Hot Tea: Boil water in a kettle and add 1 tsp of loose leaf tea for the pot and 1 tsp for each Cup (150 ml) into your tea infuser. Place the tea infuser in the teapot. Let it steep for 2-3 minutes. Pour into tea cups and enjoy. Recommendations: Can be taken straight or with milk / creamer. Additional sweetener such as honey or sugar may be added to taste.
